How The HDP Work

The key to our success with projects
is our ability to listen, understand requirements and assemble the right team of experts to achieve and deliver the project to agreed objectives, efficiently and at pace.

From initial meeting, to gain an in-depth understanding of your issues, the project leader will present a comprehensive, costed project proposal, detailing our recommended approach and outlining The HDP personnel that will be involved. Upon agreement, a ‘kick-off’ meeting enables everybody to meet, agree ‘ways of working’ and deliverables and get to know each other.

Your views matter! We will work closely with you throughout a project, gaining regular input, ensuring smooth project transition, direction & deliverable achievement. None of us like surprises! The project leader will generally be your prime point of contact, ensuring optimum coordination with all project team members.
There will be regular update meetings to keep you fully involved and informed at which we can raise and resolve any particular issues arising in the project.
